Well i posted a thread about putting a side exit exhaust on my 06 Sports racer, ususal thing wanted it to sound /look ....different and oh boy it does it sound great now. (the other half heard me coming and thought i has sneaked away and bought a new car ) sounds great not harsh while cruising but when your flying laugh

Discussed with the help of you fellows wether a larini or 2ubular was the weapon of choice, in the end i went for one of jims creations a GT3 with a slashed burnt tip. Apart from seeming to weigh half as much as the standard wink and looking like a shiney work of art i was still concerned as to how it might look out the back , with the panels removed etc , however on completion i think it looks great , not everybodys cup of tea but i like it!!

Thanks to Jim for his advice and Turning it around in just over a week, and thanks to Oli at Phoenix motorsport who serviced the car and fitted the zorst.

Oh and thanks to all who responded wavey

Once i have some pictures will post

another (biased) vote here. "Hardens" the back of the car I think and the sound is superb. The box is actually easier than I anticipated to keep clean as well, which was a relief when I got back from an awesome but wet time on the roads of Wales last week and had to give the baby a thorough clean to advertise.

Good move. The standard exhaust is far too tame.

I take it this is not proper 'side exit', as in, exiting from under the sill? I was looking forward to seeing pics of that!!

I was thinking that it was going to be coming out of the side of the car like the TVR Sagaris but still looks good like that thumbup

P.S what sort of price would that lot cost?
