111s A/C Problems: 2002 111s

Help Please.
I am trying to find technical information to fault find the A/C on a 2002 111s. I have a 2001 onward servicing manual and the A/C information does not match that fitted! Can anyone tell me where I can get information on the A/C on this car.
Any suggestions on what to check would be welcome. All fuses and relays (that I can find) check out. The mixing flap has just been replaced - It was stuck on hot. The air cooling coil feeding the mixer flap does not get cold but did until the flap was replaced. The garage who replaced the flap are sure the system is charged and was fully working when the flap was replaced.
I don't want to spend more money on fixing a problem until I can identify it myself as 2 garages have already worked on the A/C on this car.
