Recurring heat shield rattle

Evenin' all,

As per title the heat shield on my Europa has been in to the dealer twice and had the rattling heat shield adjusted but a few days later I hear the familier 'loose change' rattle resume behind my right ear.

Can this problem be fixed once and for all? If not is it an easy thing to sort myself?

This isn't a moany post, actually I'm quite pleased my only gripe so far with the Europa is a rattling heat shield

My heat shields have been falling apart since new. The dealers solution was bigger penny washers. Now they are all being replaced. Perfect timing now the warranty has expired.

Mine went into Nick Whale Lotus for a service and they reported that mine was broken. They said I could either collect the car a day later after the part arrived, or take it an an hour or two and they'll make a better heatshield themselves out of off-the-shelf material. I went for the latter - and it doesn't rattle!
