I'm wanting my S1 Elise to be a little more "vocal"

Its got a sensible sports exhaust, but it still sounds slightly soing machine-like.

Always thought of Induction kits as being a bit Chav-tastic. But it could be the answer..

Can anyone reccomend a good one for the S1 Elise which WILL NOT reduce power for large chunks of the rev-range? At the end of the day I bought an elise for performance, not noise, so most important to me is a system that performs well... if none of them do, i'll stick with the standard thing.

Thanks for any advice!

I have a Hurricane on mine combined with a Larini club sport exhaust and can't praise them highly enough.

I had that combo on mine... did the job PERFECTLY smile Civilised when you need it to be (albeit a little more tonal than stock) and MANIC when you're on it smile

I have just a K&N (so no "cold-air feed") and it sounds sooooo much better than the standard airbox. Couldn't notice a difference in performance in between them (which is fine as long as I haven't lost any).

I've had the K&N panel, the cone and then the hurricane in that order. It got better with each change, most noticable was junking the OEM airbox.
