New owner of Elise 111R

[GaryCollinson]

Hi all

Last Friday I picked up my first Elise and subsequently covered nearly 300 miles over the weekend just driving around Northumberland. I must say how impressed I am with the way the car handles and cant wait to take it out again this weekend.

I also wanted to thank the regular contributors for all of the information I was able to pick up prior to deciding if it was the right car for me.

I live in Newcastle so no doubt I'll see some of you round Alston and the North Pennines.

Regards
Gary

Hi Gary, welcome. We've got a nice friendly group of Lotus owners around the Newcastle area, so no doubt see you for one of our meet ups soon.

I'll keep an eye out, mines laser Blue, see you around fella.

Thanks Sean. Mines a Magnetic blue 111R with hopefully by next week, a hard top. Do the meetings get posted on here on on the North East forum?
