central locking, electric windows?
Discussion
Please dont start calling me! I was just wondering if these two options could be fitted to my Elise afterwards? I kinda wish I'd waited for the new ones to come out because I use my Elise everyday so these would be easier to live with day to day. In theory they would fit but thats not to say they would do it and I reckon it would be costly! Anyone know for sure? Thanks for any help...cheers, James.
dunno about retrofitting them - maybe ring Lotus sport & performance?
I must admit the central locking would be beneficial - the leccy windows are crap though - theres only one switch on the drivers side so you still have to reach across to do the passenger one...also the time it takes to wind it up/down is slower than manual !
Only benefit I found when looking at a MY04 car was that the doors were more solid, less rattles etc from the mechanism.
