I know this has been covered before somewhere but I can't find it...

Managaed to finish off my front pads (Mintex) in 3 track days. I do tend to exrecise the brakes pretty vigorously so I have decided to try the RS14's.

Still have a fair bit left on the rear Mintex's; I assume I should be ok to mix the pads, given the fronts do the lions share of the braking?

You will find a lot more on this at SELOC i would run them as you are thinking however there are a lot of people who would change all 4 as it could upset the balance and handling.

I put the pagids into the front of my exige at 10k miles and left the rears as OE - no problems as I can tell, but my rears are very low now, so will change to pagids soon.

Checked the SELOC archive; seems some (as above) reckon its ok to mix, others not... I get the feeling that as long as you have the best pads at the front then the bias shouldn't be a major issue.
Just recieved the RS14s in the post thid morning; jesus, they have about 3 times the pad material thickness compared to the 1144's! Lets hope they do last significantly longer as everyone says, hence pay for the extra costs.

Do people who use pagids routinely use the anti-squeal pads/compounds or do they seem fine without?

I find mine are quite ok. They do squeal, but only when really worked hard and then it's not that annoying.

i have RS14 on the front and mintex 1144 on the rear. no problems at all, very strong braking. although the RS14 squeek like you'd not believe when they are cold.
