I'd have seen red and not been responsible for my actions, cheeky git, that is seriously out of order.

I actually contained myself very well considering how i would normally react with regard to my car. I couldnt help but chuckle to myself afterwards because i couldnt beleive the cheek of the guy for just standing there letting his dog carry on even once he had seen me!

just when you need that camera phone ...Its a £1000 fine for letting a dog do that ...5x more serious fine wise than driving without insurance ...what does that say about our great legal system wink

I wouldn't care at all. I love my cars but, well, they're just cars. Great fun to drive and I enjoy talking about them and reading about them but I don't get emotionally attached to them.

By their very nature, they spend most of their lives bouncing around on public roads getting spattered with rain, mud, grit, bird crap etc.

A bit of dog piss won't hurt it - had you not witnessed it, you'd probably be none the wiser - at least now you know it's there and can hose it off if you like.

If you worried about all the things that could happen to your car if you took it outside, it'd never leave the garage.

Am I a bit weird? rotate

It's the £200 for driving without insurance vs £1000 for watching TV without a TV Licence that makes me chuckle.

You are absolutely right, it is only a car but its my car & nobody has the right to touch it let alone pi** on it. It wasnt the fact that the dog had peed over it, it was the fact that the guy just stood there as i appraoched & didnt batter an eye lid! If that was my dog id drag it of the car ASAP & apologise no end if the owner had seen it.
