not so much scraping noise, but certainly bumpyness which I believe is quite common and is just down to the tyres skipping as you turn.

If you've got a scraping noise you could have a mullered CV joint or tyre rubbing on some trim, or something completely different

What car, how fast are you going when it happens, forwards or backwards?

Nothing to worry about, often on full lock in reverse you will get the front wheels 'scrubbing'.
The scraping noise will prob just be the edge of the front tyres catching on the arch liners. Are you running std geo and ride height?

I'm on about my third set of liners! laugh

When you say scraping noise, do you mean scrubbing, i.e. the tyre scrubbing across the surface?

If so, it could be due to the ackerman angle, the inner wheel is turning on a smaller radius than the outer wheel. Ackerman is never set to be perfect so one or both wheels will scrub across the road surface as they are forced to take a different radius to the one they are pointing.

Always a pleasure tongue out

If light scrubbing, no worries...
