...i took delivery and fitted the multivex (wing) mirrors on saturday and have to say it's the best money ive spent in a while.

They make a huge difference in terms of being able to see out of the car, and given its my daily driver through the rough & tumble streets of Mayfair & Traf Square , i should have got them a lot earlier.

I had previously stuck on those crappy little mirrors from Chavfords, but they werent exactly confidence inspiring.

I read lots on the interweb beforehand regarding how the mirrors dont look good etc - codswallop! They look fine, and if they stop me having a prang all the better.

Roll on my first Exige track day! yum

Yup, one of the first things I bought as well, not cheap (we get gipped over here for them), but they do the job. Sticky pads hold them well, sealed top and sides with black silicone (not the bottom, lets any condensation out), job done.

Any chance of some pics. I really need new mirrors full stop as mine are scratched to hell. Tempted to replace with multivex but as you mention, put off by some threads critisizing the look when fitted.

Bit dark now to go take some pics. But honestly, you can't tell they are fitted as long as you are careful with the silicone.

I bought some when using harnesses a couple of cars back; they fell off on the first hot day.
