Hi guys

I've seen something like a bike rack for an Elise, but that ends up flat across the top of the engine cover. On an Exige, of course, there is no flat bit over the engine so it might be more difficult.

Hopefully someone knows of something - this is PH afterall biggrin

With the extra load on the roof mountings (from weight and drag) I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing came flying off on the first roundabout or long straight road...

tow the wheelchair? (might need to get them to wear the crash-helmet).

For what it may cost, perhaps you'd be better off either driving a support car (whatever that may be?) or towing the Exige with another car?

I've attched roof bars to the hardtop of my Elise (S1) These are strong enough to carry 4 wheels for track use or skis and mountain bikes. I once put a roof box on to carry my Paraglider and it was fine, though I did keep the speed down.

To do this use the Fiesta Mk5 roof bars from Halfords, these are made up of the standard bars and the specific feet.

I have no idea if this will work for a Exige, get down to Halfords and see if they fit.

Yep, there is no easy solution, so towing the wheelchair is the answer!

I did want to avoid the support vehicle thing, such a pain in the ass.
