Loose connection on rear lights

I seem to have a loose connection for my rear lights and break lights. I have checked the connection at the bulbs although this would have been a serious coincidence any suggestions to where I should go next?

If your car is an S1 then check the large wiring connector in the boot, its on the passenger side up high (easiest to find it coming through the bulkhead by the engine bay) theres just a chance you could have tugged at it when putting something long in the boot like the hood sticks.
