Halfrauds High Intensity Lights

Bought a replacement tail bulb this afternoon from Halfrauds, saw they have some QR High Intensity Bulbs, popped it in and took a picture this evening.
Not a massive difference but does fill the annulus more fully than the standard - it's also meant to light up a bit quicker too.... although that's not much of an advantage on a tail light
Also put Osram 90% brighter in for the dipped, def a whiter light, wanted to put the main beam in too but I can't figure out how on earth to get the clips holding the bulb in undone. Can't see a blimmin' thing, tried pushing, pulling, sliding and wiggling in all directions but nothing unclipped, any suggestions please?
