Hi all,

I've got a hardtop for my S2 (short roof version) that I never use and am considering selling, just wondering what people reckon its worth. It is lined and may be an OE version (any way I can tell for sure?) I also have the storage bag for it.

Thanks in advance

Pat

Less than £400 considering they are not selling on Ebay at that price - which was a surprise to me as I had a figure of around £600 in my head from somewhere for second hand hard tops. Maybe a few went last year for that, but not at the moment

edit to add - as yours could be OE maybe a bit more

and editted again: a couple in the classifieds from £600 to £800 - just depends how long you want to wait to sell I suppose

Hi, just to let you know I bought a short roof version S2 hardtop just over 3 weeks ago for £581 via Ebay and glad to get it too. By coincedence fitted it today [6th] and looks fab. It was in near new condition with head lining and all the bits. It's like anything when selling, if someone wants one you can get fair money especially if the colour matches the colour they require. I bought an Arctic Silver one and at the same time a red one sold for a little less, unless you need the money urgently name your price and stick to your guns and keep advertising, everything sells eventually and it doesn't cost to keep!

just got a starlight black one for 600 off a sc so only about 6 months old. I think this is around the price they are for an orginal lotus one. I guess a little more when the winter comes.

Colour probably plays a big part too.

Ebay and find put i guess
