there was only one wheel fitted to S1 Exiges. 
it's not a simple question to answer...
apart from al the different wheels within the same size being different, at what point are you taking said measument from?, the inside of the wheel is not flat across it section, it will radius out to meet the spokes, and then you have to consider the inset (the bit so that you can actually fit a tyre over the rim).
if your trying to calculate brake clearances, you need the wheels profile along with the disk/caliper's profiles, and also the offset of the wheel relative to the brakes.
Having done this a few times, no matter how good you can measure, you always end up actually having to physically try it.
