Clutch suddenly got heavier

Hello,

I've noticed my clutch get a lot heavier in the past days. Clutch seems to still work ok. Any ideas? (It's a 2003 S2)

Not sure if this helps but a couple of the Sussex guys have had this recently,turned out to be a sticking/siezed clutch release arm-still a gearbox out jobbie though

However it's not all the time. Generally only noticeable when braking and changing down a gear. I've WD40'ed the pedal trunnion, don't think it's done too much.
