About to buy - which one?

i've given up waiting for the guy with the Honda Elise to decide as i'm fed up not having a car!

i've narrowed it down to 2, which are both wit Westover and come just servcied with 12 months lotus approved warranty. i would really like someone's opinion on which one as all my experience has been with a S1

the prices advertised isn't what i'd be paying, but the full warranty, interior and exhaust made it appealing. is the B&C edition just a standard model then pretty much?

I spoke to Ben about that one on Saturday, its so expensive for what is ultimately just a Sports Tourer with a weird interior and a Larini.

Late ST's have been going for about £12 - 13k and a Larini is £400!

I'll leave it at that!

ETA - that 111s is lovely!! Get it done!

dont know if that will help you or not in your decision.

111s is around 160bhp. the cheaper one is just a standard with loads of ad-ons by the looks of it i.e 111s wheels.

If the exhaust makes it apealing, then just buy one for about 400 direct from them http://www.larinisystems.com

IMO if i was buying i would go for the black 111s. Looks smart!

i've test driven the R and preferred the S as teh power will be more usable on a day to day basis.

I prefer the looks of the Exige but want the convertible option so the Elise is a better choice for now.

How does the 111s compare against the S?

i didn't realise the first one was just a base model with interior bits added. So it is sounding like the S is the one, unless the 111s is a better car? (god this is confusing!)

111s is a K series engine and the newer S models are yota driven!

You also get some uprated interior bits and bobs.
