My lotus has developed a squeaking noise I think from the rear left suspension ( as i bounce the car up n down so to speak it makes the noise), anyone got any ideas what it could be or what i may need to do to get rid of it, only seems to do it after my car gets warm.

Thanks in advance.

Probably, it's you handbrake cable worn through and squeeking against your lower wishbone on the retaining loops.
A bit of grease should stop it for a bit.

Hi,
Take a look at the rear toe links, they dry out with the heat on that side.

You might be able to see both the above possibles, without taking anything off the car. But probably easier with the wheel off.

Sound like suspension bushes - try one person bouncing whilst the othe looks for the squeek.

If they are just squeeky not worn it may be possible to squirt a bit of silicon lube on them but replacment is the only real answer.
