Europa Petrol Cap

I've just had the barrel of the fuel cap on my Europa strip away from the cap itself. No chance of fixing, wondered if this has happened to anyone else and if cap is from another model or Europa specific? Thanks

TADTS... mine did that too :-(

Mine did this as well, the barrel came away in my hand as I placed on top of the petrol pump.

Strangely enough, I just reinserted and its been okay ever since.

Been waiting for it to happen again since, and treat it with kid gloves.

I guess its a design flaw, and the same happens to the elise ones as well ?

happened to mine also, but got new one from dealer for free....
