Add-on Supercharger on Elise

Being that the Elise has an engine from a toyota, would it be possible to get an aftermarket turbo or supercharger meant for the celica engine? I only ask because I don't have the means to buy an elise sc, but would like to turbo or sc a regular elise. Ill probably end up with an 06. Going through Lotus if available to purchase an sc I'm sure would be like 6 grand, but purchasing a turbo or sc from injen or mugen or the likes for a celica engine would probably only run half that if not less. What do you thinl?

been around for a while, cheaper than factory, but not as cheap as a Toyota tune up....remapping the engine is not a trivial task on the Lotus ECU

Out of interest, does anyone know if Sinclair's supercharger for the Elise S that is mentioned on their website is nearing completion? It seems to have been shown as 'coming soon' for ages.
I'm quite tempted by an Elise S - i dont think i will cope well with the high revving 2ZZ engine in an R having owned a Chimaera for the past 6 years.
I reckon the SC on an S would produce much higher torque than the R.
