BoLOCs to Wales (on 2 wheels)

Having read a couple of threads about mountain biking in Wales I felt a bit ashamed to admit that in the 10 years I have been mountain biking I have never been.

Each year I promise myself I will go, each year I fail miserably.

So for 2010 I am going to do this properly and make a weekend of it and invite a few friends. Planning to head over Friday Evening 18/06/10 and head back on Sunday.

I thought we could get to at least 2 trail centres and possibly just hit some of the local trails with the aid of an OS map.

If we get enough interest we can split into groups dependant on experience, fitness and bravery.

I would welcome advice about which centres are the best and if anyone has any accommodation advice, if not I will tourist information should be able to sort us something.

I intend to start booking stuff in February when my credit card will hopefully start looking slightly less scary.
