... test drove a 111S, S(yota) and 111R ( ) today. The 111R is just amazing, what a machine, on the way home my TVR felt like a bus! Man, prior to this I had Lotus envy thanks to a few friends having them, now I am an adict

My Griff felt faster on the pull but the Elise SC is much more fun.
I had a go in an R before deciding but the SC won it for me.
I might have a Honda fitted in the future though!

If you get an MY06 - make sure it has the spec B LED lights, as the first revisions were known for individual LEDs failing on them.

I know what you mean Shabs!! Got in my 500 Chim the other day to give it a small run and charge the battery. It felt heavy compared with the Lotus. BUT, the noise and the power is simply awesome. My Audi Elise is quicker, but i would not describe it as awesome. There will always be room in my heart for both cars. If i could afford too, i would keep the TVR for the road and the Lotus for the track.
