youngest elise owner

Was just wandering if there were any over young elise owners about and if I was the youngest. I've had mine for 6 months and I was 1 day over 21 when I got it

I got my VX220 on my 21st birthday, insurance not that horrendous, don't think I have ever paid over £1k.

FYI I got my 111 before my 35th birthday as a present to myself. The drive home nearly killed me. My pockets are much shallower than they used to be.

Got my 1st Lotus when I was 34 (2004) mind you it was brand new, I've had another 5 since. Had various New Bmw's/Audi TT etc but owning a flash car when your young is a bit silly

1. Insurance is going to kill you (My Escort Mexico did me when I was 17).
2. You won't appreciate it, I don't care what anyone says they didn't pay for a 30k + car at the age of 17

Was 28 when I got my new elise. As m not going to be the yougest I'm going have to wait until I'm the oldest!!

I'm about 1 month of saving away from being able to afford my first one.
I drove a Austin metro 1.3 HLS when i was 21!

Schoolfriend of my stepdaughter got a black Elise for her 18th birthday.

Still in one piece too as far as I know.

At some point in the future I would love to plan a road trip (Lotus Cars only and all welcome) from here in the UK to NZ, mainly so I could see your project in the flesh. Would probably get the car shipped home.

Better leave it a few years so I can guarantee it'll actually be finished by the time you get here
