True. There is an interesting comparision in last weeks Autocar with a Ferrari 355. It did say that the Lotus would leave it for dead on any twisty bit of road, but even as a died in the wool Lotus fan, still a tough choice.

My son had a 355 and even with my less skillful driving I was able to comfortably able to keep him at bay in the S1 Exige . Hope he does not read this ! But to be fair when he jumped into the Exige he was almost able to hang on to a factory driver in a 2-11 at Silverstone ! Mega more quick than I am ever likely to be ( not good English but I think you will get the drift - sideways more than not in the corners .
