Yes, I should think so. Head and leg room is not something that an Elise is short of. I'm 6' and have the seat a couple of clicks forwards on the runners and have plenty of headroom, even when the roof is on.

Being in the car is not the problem, it's getting in and out, I'd love to watch your first attempt, especially without instruction and the roof on, but once you get practiced it's ok.

You can treat yourself to a removable steering wheel to aid ingress/egress and justify it as a security mod.

Having said that, much will depend on your shape. I'm only 5'11'' but also have the seat close to the back bulkhead. If you are very long in the leg, you might fit, but find that your legs can't find a comfortable position, especially if the seats are the early S1 'made from a plank' type. I changed my seats for something that gave me a bit more support under the thigh (and no numb bum) because of that. No substitute for a test drive though!

I'm 198cm (6ft6"), had had an S1 Exige for 5 years and now having a 340R. Size is not a problem if the following adaptations are done:
Steering wheel:
- small steering wheel (28cm) for having enough space around it
- snap off to ease getting in/out (!!! out of stock these days!!!)
- spacer to have the steering wheel closer to you (considering that the seat will of course be at the back end position)
Also, a short throw gear lever is usefull if you want to use the 5th gear!;)
Finally, considering my right leg position (your heel will most probably be under the brake pedal, no chance to put it under the accelerator), I modified the brake pedal (cut at the lower right corner) to avoid touching the brake pedal when accelerating.

Considering all this, the car is pretty comfy! Just on the track with the exige, the helmet was touching the hard top.

Maybe give Sinclaire's a call? They are quite close to you (Gallows Corner) and I'm sure would let you try their S1 (Duratec demo car) for size.
