Exactly where do you put these things. Mentions somewhere about sticking it on the strongest part of the sub frame but I have no idea where that is and I don't have any instructions.

Its a S2 toyota powered

Normally mounts on one (or both)of the 13mm studs on the rear under tray that go into the subframe.
