Off to Le Mans next week with LOT (woobloddyhoo!)

I have HID headlamps on my S2 Elise, and wondered what you would advise re their adjustment for driving abroad. I don't anticipate any night time driving over two days either.

Either not bother or get some shields?

Thanks.

if it's the same as my 07 the lamps can be a bit of a pain to adjust.. not sure at what yearmodel point the acccess grommet was deleted. i'd be inclined to stick a strip of black masking tape over the headlights in case the Gendarmes show an interest... not sure how they are at Le Mans time, but have seen them stopping people at Cite Europe,,as far as I could tell it was for any reason they could see from the side of the road [of course there would be no visual way they could tell if you had adjusted your lamps or not)

For the sake of a couple of strips of black electrical tape then I'll do that. presumably to the side that will prevent light straying over to the other (French) lane?
