Help - anyone fitted EP Carbon side scopps to S2 elise?

I am trying to fit a set of carbon side scoops to my 2003 S2 elise - and I'm having some diffiuclty - EP close at 1pm on a sat so I've missed 'em - wondered if anyone can help!

The scoops fit fiNE when offered up to the vents - however, when the brackets are attached they push the scoop out so there is about a 1cm gap at the top - no amount of fettling has made it better....

Anyone else fitted them - any issues/advice

Can they just be attached with the Sikalflex or would they come off at speed??

Not heard of EP ones, I put some Reverie ones on last year and it worked well, I seem to remember that I had to drill a little hole to screw into from one of the new bracket positions and also used a bit of araldite to stop a bit of rattle but apart from that they've been great, I imaging Silkaflex will work ok.
