Hello and tall drivers with Europas question

Firstly hello to everyone. I have lurked around the forum for a while and thought I would make my first post now as I am thinking of getting a Europa in the near future.

The only slight issue is that I am 6'2" and I wondered if there are any other tall Europa owners out there that can give me some feedback before I drive a hundred odd miles to take one out for a test drive (no Europas for sale sale within at least 100 miles of me...!).

Try sitting in a mk2 elise/exige or VX220 with roofs on and it they fit the Europa wont be a bother.

I am 6ft and had someone in as a passenger who is a couple of inches taller than me with no problem so I think its woth giving it a go.

Not sure its worth trying a car with a completely different roof but then what do I know

Hi Im 6ft 2 and own a europa, its border line as my head brushes against the head liner and some times it can irritate. I have altered the angle of the drivers seat by shimming the front runner bolts, helped a tiny bit. I have to say its tight in there, GREAT CAR and if you do buy one its a great drive maybe not an ideal everyday commuting vehicle.

If its borderline, you can get a different set of seat runners that will lower by another inch or so.

Im 6ft and like sitting as upright as possible. No problems... Although I do recommend getting a tiny rear view mirror from eliseparts, it dramatically increases forward visibility when you have a high eyeline.

Just done 230miles in fine today..a fantastic drive to the Goodwood festival
