You will regret that...my 996 carrera never made my bits twitch like the lotus does..although after that last spill maybe you are hoping those bits never twitch again.

Good luck with it - will keep an eye out

Well I've had a 997 too.... so I kind of see this as a half-way house.

Only trouble is the Porsche fraternity don't seem to have the interest in 'tinkering' like the Lotus clan. So many things that the Lotites have modded as improvements over the years appear to be no go zones in Pork land.

Maybe it's because the base components are (arguably) better or maybe it's through fear of invalidating any warranty.... Anyway first job is to bring the stereo into the 21st century. Single CD player!!! eek my ur quattro 20 years ago had a 6 Cd stacker!

Of course (it's an 'S'). When you're patched up we can go out.

Just keep popping them pills.

Picked up one of these sponge thingies.

Just need to find a moment to attack my steering wheel with it. Its nasty at the moment, all shiny and slippery and yukky. My greasy mitts keep sliding on the wheel which is annoying.

Slippery and yukky is fantastic in some situations, but not on a car steering wheel.
