Apexi Power FC and Lotus

Is there any Lotus car that share the same engine as a 2002 Celica GT-S?, I believe the engine model is 2ZZ-GE (throttle cable) . If so, would the Apexi Power FC for such engine be a good idea to fit on a Lotus? Or are there better engine management systems out there?

in short, yes, same engine, no, it's a waste of time (different ECU etc)
