Afternoon chaps...

Does anyone know of, our have a list as to which tomtom units are compatible with Tyre?

I've read that cheaper ones don't, and that the new ones don't...

Can anyone shed any light?

Most of the ones released in the last year don't have the operating software to support the itinerary feature or multiple waypoints, so Tyre would be useless for them.

A recent update to the software has made more points available (4 or 5 IIRC), but it's still not enough for creating a good driving route.

I believe the last ones to support many waypoints are the x50 range - although I'm using a 730 for my complex routes (as a backup/spare for my 1005).

The now discontinued TomTom GO series work with Tyre. Still a few sources for new/refurb units: http://tinyurl.com/3eyucvo

I bought one of these last year and use it with TYRE. They are showing a few in stock in the odd store.
