Tomtom XL lost England map

Bought a Tomtom XL last April, used it in this country for about a month before moving abroad and using it there.
I came back this week only to find it does not have England on the maps anymore, every other country seems to be there but no England

I left my connection lead for the PC in Zurich, so I cannot connect it to a pc to update, any other ideas? what could of gone wrong?? Its been in the car for the last 6 months with no updates, no idea when it lost the England map!
I tried the reset button, but it didnt seem to do much as after all my old destinations where still visible.

Any ideas?

same happened to me needed uk map next day ,had to buy it ,got in touch with tom tom ,not interested.
