Tom Tom Mapping Problems - A 'Heads Up' for you!

Just to let you know that Tom Tom have some real problems with their latest 'Europe' v885.4007 (release Date 1/2012) map.
I was in Italy over the last couple of days and had some real issues particularly planning routes with a 'via'. I contacted Tom Tom and they agreed that there was a real problem and it was in the hands of their map people! When I asked why they hadnt contacted their customers regarding this the customer service guy went very quiet! He also couldnt give a date when they think its going to be sorted or how they were going to reimburse customers who have already purchased the map.
If you planning on buying the latest LIVE system make sure it isnt the map above!
