Sat Nav / Head Unit Recommendation

Morning Chaps,
I'm entertaining the idea of getting a Fiesta ST in he next month or 2 & there is 1 thing i'd like to change to start with.
I like gadgets & electronics, so please hold the, buy a map etc comments!
I'll be looking at getting around an 04/05 plate (although i know the 06 has the ipod input).
I'd ideally like a head unit system that has, a CD player, Ipod / Iphone connectivity, hands free & a Sat Nav all built into one unit.
Main reason being, i need to listen to a hell of a lot of music & being in the car is a great means of getting through all of this, i'm useless with directions & i'm continually getting lost & hands free is very handy, the CD part isn't neccessarely a must as i can put all the music on the Iphone.
I ask here first as i'm not sure what to type into the search engines to find something that has everything in it in one!
