LIVE Services Down

Just for information ......... Spoken to a nice man at TomTom this morning about my lack of Live Services and apparently Europe has been down since Friday but they hope to have it back by this afternoon or maybe tomorrow

Getting fed up now as I wasted half an hour on the A1 yesterday morning....

That's strange, as my HD Traffic was working as normal over the weekend and in Monday morning traffic coming down from Liverpool to London.

Don't use any of the other Live service though.

I think it might have mainly/only been the older devices (x40/x50) that use TomTom Home as opposed to MyTomTom to connect to computer having problems

I found a long thread on the Tomtom support forum which showed it was affecting lots of people. Probably forgot to pay the Vodafone bill again

Mine started working again last night - just need to raise a ticket now to get them extend my subscription by the four days it was down.......
