Sygic on Android

Hello chaps.
Just thought I'd share my experiences with Sygic on a Nexus 7.
Previously I used Google Navigation or Navigon on my (Android) phone because while Google Navigation is good, it relies on having a half decent data connection to work - rendering it useless when you are in the arse end of nowhere. Navigon has offline mapping, but I thought its route finding was a bit poor, and its interface was absolutely awful, and the app was generally slow.
I got the demo for Sygic and tested it out on my Nexus, which was enough for me to buy it. The maps are good (free updates), it has all the features of a modern SatNav - lane guidance, extensive POI's, ability to reroute on traffic (assuming you purchase the traffic subscription). As long as you are connected to the internet, it can search Google for places too, which is nice because 'wooly' searches work, or at least bring up results close enough to your destination. The 3D buildings things looks nice enough, but I've yet to go anywhere where they pop up
I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone over a seperate box as long as you have a relatively up to date Android / iOS device!
