TomTom OneXL - Downloaded Maps but not uploading

I downloaded a map pack for the tomtom ahead of a european roadtrip and but the bloody satnav/software won't pick up the downloaded files, just tries to make me buy the maps instead!

When you go to the add to your device from computer page it says the maps can't be found, why is this??
