Best app for routing open source

Anyone seen any good articles on routing (ie SatNav type) apps using Open Street Map (or other) open source mapping data. Skobbler is almost (and used to be) free and has SOME routing tools.

Also there are speed camera databases that can be linked in.

Yes, I have searched a faitr bit, (there are loads of things on the internet, imagine that) but do you any of you have favourite apps or know of any half way decent reviews that are up to date-ish
