Any experience with suaoki USB car charger?

So obviously I need some advice, I will need to pick one up as I do not currently have a car charger, and just find this one on amazon called suaoki 3 port car charger adapter. 36W and 7.2A. And I will mainly use for my Android GSIII.
Now I'm wondering that if anyone has used this adapter? If it really does its job then I'd give it a shot. BTW what are you guys/gals using to keep your devices charged while driving?
