2005-2007 Z4 coupe/roadster AAC on a USB stick??
Discussion
I know it can play MP3s from a CD in the head unit or cd-changer, but there's no USB socket, so don't think there's anywhere to plug it in anyway.
The usual alternatives are the Dension or Intravee II - don't know if either are still 'current' products though. The other option is a single-DIN replacement head unit, but the options will depend on what system you've got in there at the moment, as some of the higher level systems don't have a standard unit to swap over from and use the sat-nav screen for the radio display.

I haven't bought one yet. I was checking whether you could just swap it. I have done with another BM but the Z4 one looks even smaller than a standard DIN but it can't be smaller can it? Not seen any with the nav unit but that would be better as that would be a double DIN?
The issue with the ones with DSP/pro-nav is that the screen pops out of the top of the dash, and the heater/stereo control are on the front where a double-din unit would need to go.Z4 with pro-nav and hi-fi:
If you've got the standard, single-din unit then it's much easier to replace.
Z4 with with business nav & mid hi-fi:
Z4 with no nav & basic hi-fi:
Finally, a Z4 with an aftermarket Alpine single-din unit - and a very wide/odd-looking fascia adapter:
