Double DIN head unit..dab, android auto??

I've recently decided to keep my ageing, but reliable, ford galaxy family bus for a couple more years. Just had a big service including all belts and fluids so bar some other calamity it should be good for a while.
The standard radio is basic and I currently use a parrot kit for calls and to stream dab, Spotify, Google maps. It works but is a bit clunky.
Has anyone any experience of using a replacement unit that integrates all that using Android auto?? Any specific recommendations?
