BMW F30 Bluetooth / USB stopped working

We have a 2012 F30 with pro-nav and HK audio, and recently the Bluetooth/USB have just stopped working. There are no blueooth devices available when trying to connect, and nothing happens at all plugging something into the USB.

Have tried resetting the iDrive (hold volumbe button for 30 seconds till it restarts) and also disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. It looks like it's hosed.

Anyone had any similar issues before and know of any fixes / parts to replace please?

I don't know about BMW but on fords the Bluetooth and USB module were the same box so possibly an easy fix

Cheers.. any tips on how to troubleshoot this module? Could there be a fuse thats gone that I need to check?
