New satnav £100

Some little st has has away with my satnav from my car.

It was a 5 year old TomTom Start 20 so worth about £20 so well worth robbing.

Anyway I'm going to France in May and will need a new one. I don't want to use my phone because its..Well...st.

Don't want to spend anymore than £100, any recommendations?
