Does anyone know what MP3(?) this is/how do I find info

I presume it belongs to an old owner of my new car. I guess it's a MP3 player but probably ties in with a aftermarket head unit? (OEM unit was refitted)

What brand is it? How to work? My OEM stereo has a MP3 button just incase it's workable but I'd need the brand (nothing on the back of the unit)

Plug it into a PC and it'll probably be named with the brand when you look at the folder if you can't find any other way to find out

That looks like an aerial connector for a DAB radio or a carphone
