Anybody identify what this is ?

In laws have just bought a Nissan van with this on the dashboard next to steering wheel guessing some sort of aftermarket tech/alarm but can anyone identify brand/type/anything

It's a Masternaut vehicle tracking system. If the led is off and not flashing, then the system is disconnected.
