Mini F56 harness, should be a simple question.

I've picked up a 2014 F56 mini and I'm slowly working through it replacing damaged bits and tidying in general. One of the things I noticed was a speaker rattling so popped off the door card and sorted it.
Whilst doing this I noticed on the harness there are at least 4 or 5 plugs not connected. All the others for various bits like mirrors, lights, controls etc are attached accordingly.
First question is can anyone shove me in the direction of an idiots guide as to what these plugs are and secondly if (off ebay) I buy the bits they should attach to are they likely to work?
Particularly interested in audio as it has subs under the seats but only single 4" paper cone speakers in the front doors which seems almost 1970's style for a modern(ish) car.
