Jaguar X308 Buzzing noise from passenger seat RHD car

My X308 2000 model sounds an annoying buzz. I removed fuse 1 from the right hand fuse box under the rear seats. The seat is now disabled but the buzz continues. It is definitely coming from the seat, with a ear right next to it I can feel a slight vibration.

I found the source of the buzz. It was inside the back part of the seat. By pushing the lumber support button the sound changed and it was still present even when the fuse for the seat was removed otherwise disabling the seat. I took off the switch panel from the side of the seat and disconnected the power and the noise stopped. The seat is now fixed but that is not a problem so the car can be used without the noise or the battery being drained.
