Faulty interior led strips in doors

Hi
We recently bought a second hand Hyundai i20 which has aftermarket led light strips in the dashboard and four doors.
The strips in three of the doors have stopped working.
Does anyone have advice on how to fix this?
Thé lights are controlled by a button in the footwell which allows me to cycle through different colours and patterns. But don’t have any information on the make or model of the lights. I’ve had a look online but it’s not clear where the lights are controlled from or what might be wrong.
Any help gratefully received.
