Route 66 for PDA - I'm impressed
Discussion
I bought the Pocket PC flavour of Route 66 software last week (Navteq mapping) and installed it on my MDA Pro phone to use with a Holux GPSlim bluetooth unit.
Really really impressed with it for £35! Once I had registered the software, I downloaded a free upgraded version of it from www.66.com and also a free scamera database. A further benefit is the traffic updates that are obtained over GPRS (because it is a phone). A really tidy set up that gave me a whole day's sat nav on a fully charged phone and fully charged GPS receiver. Great piece of kit for the money.
